It’s official, we’re doing it again. Check out last year’s thread for lots of beta and drool inducing photos and videos. See you all again soon….

Full details are available on the official Canuck Splitfest presented by Prior website at: http://www.splitboarders.ca/

Parks Access Permit: Free. Issued daily, can receive an annual pass with attendance to an information session. Some areas will be closed for avalanche control work (to protect the highway, not the backcountry user)

Anyone from Utah thinking of heading up? I am hoping to head up but figure the drive alone would be boring.

The raffle keeps getting bigger and bigger. Prior is back again with a custom splitboard, Voile is also back with a MojoRX (with Light Rail bindings), Libtech is also back and have stepped up to a splitboard as well (up from a solid board last year) and Down the Middle has also ante’d up with their DTM custom – you send them a solid, they send you a splitboard back.

For those who aren’t good at math, that’s 4 (FOUR!) splitboards up for grabs at the raffle this year. Plus other goodies too – check the full list – and keep watching for more updates!

Sweet! Calgary is biggest airport, likely best rates. Spokane and a rental car would be another option – likely cheaper airfare, but quite a drive. I suspect green should be as plentiful as the white. Already a meter at treeline…

Was in New Zealand during last years fest, although NZ was awesome, missing the inaugural event hurt.

Got my room booked for this year. Driving out for all festivities Friday afternoon from Calgary.
