A custom product should be a board maker’s finest expression of their capabilities, not a botched one-off. Custom cars, custom shotguns, custom suits….they should be hand-made and they should be perfect. What the hell are you paying all that $ for? A $1000 for a snowboard?! WTF! Its gotta be right the first time.
